How the A$18 free bonus works for new players
The Sugar96 Casino no-deposit offer gives new players A$18 in free bonus credit after sign-up and email verification. You do not need to make an initial payment to receive this offer. It is promoted as a new-player bonus, making it the closest match to a Free Spins no deposit search when you want to try the casino before depositing.
The offer is separate from the first-deposit welcome package. In practical terms, you can register, complete the email verification step and use the A$18 bonus first. If you later make a qualifying first deposit, the welcome package adds a 100% match of up to A$500 and 100 free spins.
- Register an account
Create your Sugar96 Casino account. You must be at least 18 years old, and your full name must match the name on your bank account.
- Complete email verification
The A$18 free bonus is available after email verification, so finish that step before looking for the credit in your account.
- Open your casino account
Promotions can be redeemed through the account menu. Check the account area for the available offer and follow the on-screen redemption process.
- Choose a game
Sugar96 Casino has more than 6,000 games, including pokies, table games, live dealer titles, crash games and jackpot games. Demo mode is also available for trying games without real-money play.
Verify your email before you start
The A$18 offer is tied to email verification. It is worth completing that step first, then checking the account menu for the promotion.
The first-deposit package adds 100 free spins
The first-deposit welcome bonus is a different promotion. It matches 100% of your first deposit up to A$500 and includes 100 free spins. The minimum deposit to qualify is A$20, and the promotion must be activated in your casino account.
| Term | Details |
|---|---|
| Match | 100% up to A$500 |
| Free spins | 100 spins included |
| Minimum deposit | A$20 |
| Wagering | 5× bonus + deposit |
| Eligible games | Slots only |
| Maximum cashout | Unlimited |
A deposit of A$20 would produce a A$20 match, giving A$40 in bonus and deposit funds before wagering. A deposit of A$500 would produce the maximum A$500 match, giving A$1,000 in bonus and deposit funds before the wagering requirement is completed. The match cannot exceed A$500.
The wording 5× bonus + deposit means you calculate the requirement using both parts. For the A$20 example, the calculation is 5 × (A$20 bonus + A$20 deposit), which equals A$200 in wagering. For the maximum example, it is 5 × (A$500 bonus + A$500 deposit), or A$5,000.
The welcome package is for slots
The 100 free spins and matching deposit offer are valid on slots only. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and other table games are available at the casino, but the welcome bonus terms apply to slots.
How to activate the free spins and bonus
The A$18 free bonus follows registration and email verification. The first-deposit package is activated in your casino account, so make sure you select the promotion before completing the qualifying deposit. Keeping these two offers separate helps you understand which balance you are using.
- Create your account
Enter your details and complete the required SMS verification during registration. Your full name should match your bank account name.
- Verify your email
Finish the email verification required for the A$18 new-player bonus.
- Redeem the free offer
Use the account menu to access available promotions and redeem the A$18 bonus.
- Activate the deposit promotion
If you want the 100 spins as well, activate the welcome bonus in your casino account before making your first deposit.
- Deposit at least A$20
Make a qualifying first deposit of at least A$20. The match is 100% up to A$500.
- Play eligible slots
Use the bonus on eligible slot games. The welcome package is valid on slots only, and the wagering calculation is 5× bonus plus deposit.
The account menu is also where you can view your account history, open live chat and manage settings. If you are looking for a Promo Code, use the promotion area in the account menu for any code-based campaign offered to your account.
Which games suit a free-bonus balance?
Sugar96 Casino offers more than 6,000 titles from 59 providers. The welcome match and its included spins are for slots, while the wider lobby also includes blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live dealer tables, crash games, keno, video poker, bingo, jackpot games, craps, dice games and scratch cards.
- Pokies and online slots, including Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush and Starlight Princess.
- Jackpot games, with progressive jackpots and starting jackpot pools noted at A$1 million.
- Live dealer games such as live baccarat, live blackjack, live dice and live roulette.

Demo mode lets you try games without real-money play. It can be a handy way to get comfortable with a title before using a bonus balance. Games use independent RNG auditing, with systems audited quarterly for fairness.
Other promotions that can follow the new-player offer
The new-player promotions are not the only offers available. Sugar96 Casino also provides a 50% deposit bonus up to A$300. That promotion has 2× wagering on bonus plus deposit, unlimited maximum cashout and is valid on slots only.
| Promotion | Offer | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit bonus | 50% up to A$300 | 2× bonus + deposit wagering; slots only |
| Weekly cashback | 5% | Credited automatically every Monday |
| Referral bonus | A$9.60 | Paid for each invited friend after their first deposit |
| Loyalty points | Playable bonuses | Points accumulate through consistent play and can be converted |
The weekly 5% rebate is credited automatically every Monday. VIP members can also receive cashback, free spins and monthly rebate offers linked to their VIP level. VIP starts at Level 0 on registration, while A$500 in deposits is required to reach VIP Bronze.
Monthly turnover determines movement through the VIP ladder. Higher tiers unlock higher withdrawal limits, and verified VIP members can receive personalised host support and access to exclusive tournaments.
Payments, verification and getting your winnings
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Deposit and withdrawal methods include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, PayPal, bank transfer, PayID, OSKO and Bitcoin. OSKO withdrawals are supported and promoted as fast, while withdrawals are processed within 72 hours.
| Area | What to know |
|---|---|
| Currency | AUD |
| Withdrawal processing | Within 72 hours |
| Withdrawal limits | Depend on VIP level and payment method |
| Verification | KYC identity checks before or during withdrawal processing |
| Responsible play | Controlled deposit and betting limits are available |
VIP and high-tier members receive priority processing. Before withdrawing, complete any identity checks requested during the process. The name used at registration must match your bank account name, which is especially important when using bank-based payment methods.
Set a limit before playing
Casino bonuses use real money once you deposit or continue playing after the free credit. Sugar96 Casino provides controlled deposit and betting limits, so choose limits that keep your play within your entertainment budget.
Playing Sugar96 Casino on mobile
You can use a dedicated Sugar96 Casino app on iOS and Android, or play through a mobile browser. The mobile experience supports the banking dashboard, live chat and bonus redemption, so you can manage the A$18 offer and first-deposit spins from your phone.
Support is available through live chat, email, Telegram and Facebook, with English as the support language. The account area also provides access to the FAQ, account history and settings.
A simple checklist before claiming
- Confirm that you are 18 or older.
- Register with your full name matching your bank account name.
- Complete SMS verification during registration.
- Verify your email to qualify for the A$18 free bonus.
- Activate the first-deposit offer in your casino account if you want the 100 spins.
- Deposit at least A$20 for the welcome package.
- Remember that the welcome offer is for slots only.
- Calculate wagering using 5× bonus plus deposit.
- Set controlled deposit and betting limits before playing.
- Keep your account details ready for KYC checks before or during withdrawal processing.
The useful distinction is simple: the A$18 bonus is available after registration and email verification, while the 100 free spins come with the qualifying first-deposit welcome offer. Choose the route that fits your budget, and treat both as entertainment rather than a way to make guaranteed money.
